PPM WORKS 2
Entire Group Ltd carried out the original refurbishment of 2 of the 3 boiler houses on this site. Following on from the install we now carry out quarterly and annual PPM works to ensure the efficiency of the plant rooms. Annually all 6 boiler have there servicing and GSC along with all mechanical items in the plant room. We also carry out annual legionella testing on the water tanks, as well as full visual inspections to ensure they are functioning correctly. Quarterly we visually check all the plant in the plant rooms along with all pipe & fittings; heating circulation pumps, motorised valves; pressurisation unit and boiler inspections.
PPM WORKS
Entire Group Ltd completed all the annual PPM works at Hills Road Sports Centre and Pavilion. This was all carried out while the centre was open and had multiple extract fans at high level, and therefore specialist access equipment was needed to ensure the basketball court floor was not damaged. Along with extractor fans, we also serviced electric heaters; commercial boilers; fan convectors; pumps; expansions vessels; cylinders; gas fired water heaters along with all valves etc in the plant room. Having annual maintenance carried out is paramount to Hills Road, to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and to help prevent any issues in an extremely busy environment.
