The Experts Behind the Entire Job

Mark Potter: - Owner/Managing Director

Mark has been the proud founder and owner of Entire for 18 years, but his journey in the heating, plumbing, and gas industry spans an impressive 35 years. Yes, this is a surprise, considering he only looks 21, but it is true! An honest, hands-on professional, Mark is skilled in every aspect of the business, whether out on a job or providing support to the team. Although he is a ‘master of his trade’ (he insisted that we call him that), he will be the first to admit that paperwork isn’t his strong suit—that’s where our fantastic admin and finance team step in. He really would be lost without them! Mark is passionate about doing things the right way and believes in treating everyone with fairness and respect. His success rate is pretty high so far. Outside of work, he is an awesome dad, a loving husband, and a keen carp fisherman, particularly when it involves a trip to France; apparently, that has nothing to do with the vineyards, though. When Mark is not casting a line, you might find him enjoying some dark chocolate (with a hint of orange because he is classy like that) or planning his next adventure across the Channel or closer to home in beautiful Norfolk. Above everything else, Mark loves being around good people, both at work and in his personal life. He is a good egg and ridiculously passionate about his business.

Nicola Sulman: Accounts & Office Manager

What can we say about Nicola other than she is the brains of the operation…just ask the team! Nicola is the one who cracks the whip at Entire; if something needs doing, she’s the one to get it done, no matter what it is. With 20 years of experience in the industry and over 2 years within Entire, she has made a big impact in a short space of time. Nicola loves getting involved in all aspects of the business and thrives on being part of the team. In fact, Mark has already made her sign a contract to state she can never leave. No way, not a chance, not in this lifetime. Plus, she makes a half-decent cuppa which goes a long way in this company. Nicola’s loyal office companion is her beloved dog, Roscoe. He has quickly become the Entire mascot and never misses a day of work; hence, giving him his own bio…it would be rude not to. Nicola is known for her love of chocolate (which she never shares), crisps, and cheese. She also brings a fun, upbeat attitude to the office that keeps everyone smiling. The lads might get a bit of stick occasionally, but it is all done in jest, and the banter certainly isn’t all one way. Nicola plays a crucial role at Entire, mainly keeping Mr P organized, which is no small feat!

Kevin Wallis: Business Development Manager

Kevin is no stranger to the heating and plumbing industry. After more than two decades in the aluminium rainwater business (we won’t bore you with the details), he decided to return to his roots and is loving every minute of it, or so he says. Kevin quickly became a fan of the office banter and enjoys the close-knit nature of the team…he slotted in perfectly! A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Kevin brings a wealth of life experience to the table. He isn’t one to brag, but as well as holding a black belt in martial arts and solving a Rubik’s Cube in under two minutes, he has a pretty impressive memory for trivia and numbers (don’t ask him to remember anything else, though). Kevin has tackled numerous eating challenges over the years and is proud to say he can and will eat anything. His wife even claims that his Katsu Chicken Curry rivals Wagamama’s, but we can only take his word for that. When he’s not whipping up a culinary masterpiece, you’ll find Kevin enjoying quiz nights, hitting the golf course, or walking his dog. He’s a massive fan of TV shows like ‘Mock the Week’ so you can see why he fits right in.

Melonie Miller: Service Manager

Melonie has been with the company for almost three years and has earnt her spot on the Entire Hall of Fame. With 25 years of experience in customer service, sales, and office management, she is an accomplished Service Manager who knows how to juggle at least 300 things at once…a skill that comes in handy on a daily basis. As a problem-solving extraordinaire (everyone gets a cheesy nickname here), she’s the go-to person for keeping projects on track. Outside of work, Melonie is a single mother to a wonderful son, whom she adores and prioritises over anything else…kudos to her! She’s an avid reader with a head full of trivial knowledge, making her a fun addition to any conversation, particularly when she knows she is right, and we are wrong, which is often. In the kitchen, she’s a skilled baker and is known for her famous Mac N Cheese. What is there not to love about having a chef (well, practically) in the office? Melonie loves soaking up the sun and escaping for adventures abroad at every opportunity. Sadly, Mark won’t allow her 15 weeks of holiday a year, but she is working on that. Whether she’s managing the team or whipping up something delicious, Melonie is a true all-rounder who brings passion, expertise, and the occasional pointless fact to the team.

Roscoe – Chief Cuddle Officer & Full-Time Fluffball

Roscoe has expertly infiltrated the team using a lethal combo of snuggles and soulful eyes. Technically Nicola’s loyal sidekick, but let’s be real—he’s everyone’s emotional support animal now. I mean, have you seen that face? Resistance is futile.

Acting Head of Security (unofficial title), Roscoe ensures no one enters unannounced, deploying his “ferocious” bark that falls somewhere between a lion’s roar and a squeaky toy.

He’s also our self-appointed Welcoming Committee, greeting each visitor with tail wags and unsolicited kisses. Whether you like it or not, you will be smooched.

Visit the Entire office, and prepare to be warmly welcomed by our resident puff ball. Don’t worry—he accepts payment in treats and belly rubs.
